4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was delivered.
